How It Works

Each week you receive custom-prepared, portioned meals — all labelled with macros, ready in 2–3 minutes. Ingredients are local and clean: fresh fish, quality meat, eggs, seasonal vegetables, olive oil.

Built Around You

Bulk, cut or maintenance — the plan is built accordingly. Gluten-free, lactose-free, vegan — all possible. No off-the-shelf system. Whatever your programme requires, the meals are designed around it.

Delivery

Meals are delivered to your door in Kaş and Kalkan — weekly or more frequently as needed. We actively work with triathlon camps, cycling groups and individual athletes throughout the season.
